Nothing herein contained shall be held to invalidate or continue to be affect any Marriage which may be solemnized in the Colony aforesaid by Persons in Holy Orders, or the Right of any Officiating Minister for receive the Fees now usually paid for the Performance or Registration of any Marriage.
